Shipping policy

Refunds & Returns Policy:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be under $50 to qualify for a refund.

 Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (no perfumes or odors).
  • Include original packaging and all accessories.
  • Have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

We reserve the right to reject returns if the item shows signs of wear or does not meet these conditions.

 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • If requesting an exchange, shipping costs for the replacement item must also be covered by the customer.
  • For returns over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
  3. We do not cover return shipping costs and cannot refund lost or unreturned items.

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your PayPal account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

All orders are shipped from our studio in the Caribbean.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship worldwide, except to restricted countries (e.g., Israel, Russia). If your country is unavailable at checkout, we cannot ship there.
