Shipping Policy

♡ Returns/ Exchange? 


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since it has arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items MUST be under $50 to be obligated for a refund

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item should be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, no smells like perfume. We have right to deny the returned product or sending out an exchange if the item shows any signs of wear. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for any return shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

♡ Refund? 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will issue a full refund we’ve received your returned product. However, we’re not responsible for any return shipping cost. We are unable to issue any refund if the buyer refuses to return the product or the returned items are lost during transit.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. ♡ Where is the products shipped from? 
All your orders are shipped from our studio in the Caribbean.


♡ Do you ship worldwide? 
Yes, we still ship to most countries. However, shipping has been suspended for some countries (Example: Israel, Russia), if you fail to choose your country during check out, that means our country has suspended shipping to your country by our local couriers.

 
♡ How long does it take to get my order ready to be shipped?
We’re getting your order ready to be shipped in the shortest possible time (2-7 business days, longer time for handmade stuffs). We will notify you the tracking information when it is scheduled to be shipped. In the tracking link, it usually will show an expected delivery time, but it might not be accurate sometimes because this calculated version doesn’t reflect real situation, it may eventually arrive later than the expected delivery date especially during any holiday season.

♡ How to track my order?
Tracking numbers will be sent to you via emails once your order is scheduled to be dispatched (usually 2-6 days after purchase), if you haven’t received the email it might have fallen into the junk email section therefore make sure you have checked it too. Then click “view my order”, after which, click on the tracking number and you will be able to see the shipment status. If it doesn’t work, copy and tracking number and track your order through https://www.17track.net/en  or https://tools.usps.com

♡ Will my order get to me before [Specific Date/ Event]? 
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee your order will arrive to you by a specific date, but we’ll do our best to make sure it arrives as soon as possible!
I know this might not be the best time to make a purchase, please do let me know immediately if you have any intention to cancel the order due to the delay, we completely understand, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for items that are below $50 in value and meet the same criteria as returns (unused, in original packaging).

♡ Shipping for Exchanges:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.
